The J20, based on integrated analog signal processing, can provide clear and comfortable hearing for seniors and adults. Some important notes:
- Change a new battery and wait for 2 minutes for full operation.
- Clean the ear dome and sound tube if blocked by earwax.
- Replace the wax filter if you stop hearing sound.
- Change the wax filter and clean/drain the earplug regularly. If you hear a whistle, remove the hearing amplifier and adjust the volume. If the whistle persists, replace the dome with a larger one. If you feel uncomfortable due to the occlusion effect, replace the dome with a smaller one. This may happen within the low frequency range (below 400Hz).
